**Position Overview**
We are currently seeking a reliable, energetic Lawn Care Technician to join our Erie, PA or Mars, PA team on a full-time, permanent basis. If you love being outdoors, take pride in your work, and are looking for a role where you can operate independently after training, this is an excellent opportunity.

**Key Responsibilities**
– Apply fertilizers, weed control products, and other lawn treatments to residential and commercial properties
– Operate and maintain equipment in a safe and efficient manner
– Manage and complete your own daily service routes independently after initial training
– Maintain accurate, simple service records
– Deliver friendly, professional customer service while representing the company positively

**Qualifications**
– Valid driver’s license (required)
– Dependable with a positive attitude
– Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
– Self-motivated and able to work independently once trained
– Previous lawn care, landscaping, or grounds maintenance experience is a plus—but **not required**! We provide comprehensive training for the right candidate
– Pesticide Applicator’s License preferred (or willingness to obtain with our support)

**Schedule**
